LPGA-USGA Girls Golf of Sarasota Manatee
LPGA-USGA Girls Golf, a developmental junior golf program for girls ages 7-17, was formed to create a network for girls to learn to play golf, build friendships and sample competition in a positive and supportive learning environment. The only national initiative of its kind just for girls, the program provides the opportunity to achieve success, progress in golf and establish a life-long interest the game.
THE PROGRAM:
- Helps juniors develop self esteem.
- Provides opportunities and grants responsibilities to girls.
- Provides an incentive to continue to progress and improve in the game
- Creates a network in which girls feel comfortable in the golf environment.
- Because it is fun, girls learn to appreciate and love a game they can enjoy throughout their lives.
